On March 13, 2026, developer dualtail released two new digital-exclusive titles in the VenusBlood universe: VenusBlood -AfterDays- Episode:12 and VenusBlood DarkChronicle Episode:8. Both titles are currently available for purchase on DLsite, priced at approximately $6.63 (990 yen) each.
These releases are part of a spin-off series that highlights specific heroines from the VenusBlood franchise. This latest installment focuses on Eden from VenusBlood Lagoon. The two titles offer contrasting narrative experiences: AfterDays provides an epilogue to the original story, while the DarkChronicle series explores darker, alternative scenarios and bad endings.
In VenusBlood -AfterDays- Episode:12, titled “The Golden Mother,” players can experience a story built around maternal themes following the main events of the game. In contrast, VenusBlood DarkChronicle Episode:8, titled “Does the Divine Dragon King Dream of Livestock?,” depicts a grim narrative set during the latter half of the Chaos Route from the original game.
Both visual novels are developed for Windows 10 and 11 and are rated for adult audiences. The projects feature artwork by Isse and scenarios written by Akumakko. These titles continue the expansion of the VenusBlood series, which is managed under the ninetail official portal.
